This unit can replace conventional two-vertical-shaft machine.
Any special long workpieces can be profile-modeling (special longer length is available).
The machine uses profiler cutters, incorporating a copy mechanism driven by pneumatic power to cut workpiece as correct profile according to the template shapes.
High production rate operated by the hydraulic power feeding.
Against wood grain cutting eliminates the defect caused by jog cutting.
Variable feed speed control for the best finish result.
Labor saving: with the fully automatic performance, enables one operator can manage 7 ~ 8 machines simultaneously.
The auto hopper feed magazine allows continuos feeding the stock into the machine and ejecting automatically, providing added efficiency and less handling.
It needs only to load the material into hopper, the operation is fully automatically performed complete cutting cycle.
Since the product surface is very smooth, only minimum sanding is required.
Pneumatic hold down to keep the workpiece tight without slipping.
