Copy Profile Sander is ideal for any regular or irregular profile sanding where high production and fine quality finishing is required such as table tops.
Designed for automatic edge sanding of curved parts as tabletop, close stool cover.
Eliminates the conventional timer setting.
This sander exclusively adopts automatic track length detector and by number display along the entire workpiece profile.
Cycle accuracy is never affected when feed speed is changed.
Place the workpiece onto the template and it can be held down by vacuum suction or conventional clamp.
Treadle on foot switch, the pressure roll and feed roll will hold against the template leg and allow it to rotate on the table.
The sanding head comes out to perform sanding operations.
Complete cycle, expect loading and unloading is automatic operated by a foot switch control.
Sanding head can be adjusted forward/backward, up/down and titled -45º ~ + 90º.
Vacuum suction of workpiece offers fast and convenient workpiece loading and unloading.
Infinitely variable feed speed.
Infinitely variable sanding belt speed.
